Good aircraft management starts before the aircraft is purchased. Sometimes the right recommendation is a different aircraft. Sometimes it is charter or a jet card. Our job is to help you make the right aviation decision, even when that means ownership is not the right fit.
Financial Transparency
We agree on a flat management fee based on the support you need. Vendor expenses are presented at actual cost, without added markups. You can review invoices and receipts through Airplane Manager, our flight management platform.
Direct, Personal Involvement
Every managed aircraft gets direct involvement from our principals. You know who is responsible for your aircraft and can speak directly with the people doing the work. When you call, someone who knows your aircraft answers. We're accessible and straightforward.

About Us
Built One Aircraft at a Time
CIA Management was founded in 2002 by Scott Lamoree, a former America West Airlines pilot. The company started with a simple objective: to manage a single aircraft for a single owner with the discipline and oversight Scott brought from airline operations.
When we had the opportunity to manage a second aircraft, we applied that same game plan. As word got out, more owners approached us.
That personal involvement remains central to how we work. We stay directly involved with every aircraft, supported by a team of experienced aviation professionals.
As we grow, we remain committed to knowing each owner, understanding their aircraft, and giving their operation the complete attention it requires.
